Mine came with no manual, and the haynes i just picked up doesn't have it either. In most cars, fuses and relays are installed in the mounting blocks, which are located in the passenger compartment and in the engine compartment. Another fuse box for current model camaros is located under a panel on the passenger side of the engine compartment.
